Walks

The Ryles is set amongst the rolling hills of Cheshire. Perfect walking country.

To help you make the best of our surroundings we are developing a series of walks in the countryside surrounding The Ryles

We plan to introduce a whole set of services to make your walk that little more pleasant. How about free parking, a quick drink after your walk, packed lunch, a full 3 course meal after all your hard work or, even better, a full weekend package of meals and accommodation so you can enjoy the countryside to it's maximum.

Ideal for those of you intending to walk the Gritstone Trail. After all, The Ryles is the only pub set right on the Gristone Trail.

Road Works !!

The bridge on Bryons Lane is closed at the fork for Langley. This due to the bridge being deemed unsafe and will re-main  closed for  the next 6 months.

The Ryles is, however, open as usual !

We are over the moon to have received an award!!

Macclesfield Borough Council gave us the award for our promotion of healthy food especially for children. All our children's meals have been certified by the council as nutritious, fresh and balanced. Our children's meals are freshly prepared by our chefs using the finest ingredients and are cooked to order.

On a rotational basis we stock locally brewed Ales from the Storm Brewing Company of Macclesfield and the more well known brands of  Marston's Pedigree and Timothy Taylors.
